目的:研究神经及内分泌因素对肺水的调节作用。方法:采用称重法测定肺水,用放克方法测定内分泌激素。结果:家兔切断迷走神经和阻断交感神经后肺血容量及肺血含水量均显著减少;晶体液过荷后,肺血管外水未见明显增加。内分泌中除6-附前列腺素F1α改变与肺水有关外,其余未见明显改变。结论:迷走神经及交感神经均与肺水调节有关,前者可能直接参与调节,后者则可能系通过改变血流动力而影响肺水的调节。
Objective: To study the regulation of nerve and endocrine factors on lung water. Methods: The lungs were measured by the weighing method, and the endocrine hormones were measured by the funk method. Results: After the vagus nerve was cut off and the sympathetic nerve was blocked in rabbits, the volume of pulmonary blood and the content of pulmonary blood in the rabbits decreased significantly. No significant increase of pulmonary extravascular water was observed after overdosing of crystalloid fluid. In addition to endocrine in addition to 6-prostaglandin F1α changes associated with pulmonary water, the other no significant change. Conclusion: The vagus nerves and sympathetic nerves are both involved in the regulation of lung water. The former may be directly involved in the regulation, while the latter may affect the regulation of lung water by changing the hemodynamics.
