【案情介绍】(一)事件起因2004年,武汉市意欲整合市内三大商业上市公司鄂武商A、中商和中百,但由于困局重重,于是打算借助外力进行整合。此时,商业新贵银泰百货的快速发展引起了武汉市政府的注意。从2005年5月起,武汉市高层领导带领市国资委、商业局领导多次奔赴北京、杭州,对中国银泰和银泰百货进行考察。最终,武汉市长办公会议决定将银泰百货作为武汉商业重组的战略伙伴之一。2005年4月29日,注册资金为1.5亿元的武汉银泰成立。
【Case Presentation】 (A) the cause of the incident In 2004, Wuhan intends to integrate the city’s three major commercial companies E Wushang A, Zhongshang and Zhongbai, but because of the dilemma, so intends to use external integration. At this point, the rapid development of commercial upstart Intime Department Store attracted the attention of the Wuhan municipal government. From May 2005 onwards, the top leaders of Wuhan City led SASAC and Commercial Bureau leaders to go to Beijing and Hangzhou several times for inspection of China’s Intime and Intime Department Stores. Eventually, the Mayor’s Office of Wuhan decided to regard Intime as one of its strategic partners for commercial restructuring in Wuhan. April 29, 2005, the registered capital of 150 million yuan in Wuhan Intime was established.
