目前,少数乡(镇)卫生院管理不善,欠帐过多,退养包袱过重,人心涣散,濒临解体,既不能向群众提供基本的医疗、预防、保健服务,又不能解决医院职工的吃饭问题,已影响到当地卫生事业的发展。为了使医院走出困境,优化卫生资源的配置,提高其利用率,我们将条件较差的欧家、月华、柏林、中华4个乡卫生院与其所在行政区的庙坝、石河、清河、杨家区卫生院联合办院,建立联合医疗卫生服务体系,收到了较好的效果。1 基本做法1·1 联办形式 区、乡卫生院联合办院实行对外一个医院,两块牌子,即保留原乡卫生院名称同时增挂××区卫生院×
At present, a small number of township (town) hospitals are poorly managed, have too many debts, and are too heavy to retired, and are scattered on the verge of disintegration.
