全球大震与火山相伴成生于海-陆不同形式区域构造活动断裂带“三种构造动力活动机制”与壳幔层间低速滑移层,其中富集U、Th、Re、K等放射性元素,在低速滑移层热动力活动中,激发热核爆炸机理与热裂岩浆火山喷发机理突发性发生的规律性理论基础;热爆炸机理滋生震前超低频不同极性长中短临“应变阶”等不同形式前兆信息。它们构成大震能够成功监测预报的坚实理论基础与可靠前兆论据。
Earthquakes and volcanoes have been associated with tectonic active faults in the different forms of the sea and land.
