今年对大多数金融界人士来说,讨论得最多的话题之一就是私募基金。关于这一话题,赞成的人列出了很多理由,反对的人也列出了很多理由,分别从不同的侧面进行了论述。虽然私募基金已经作为一个重要的部分写进了正在起草的《投资基金法》,但是从我国目前的情况看来,发展私募基金的条件还不成熟,应该缓行。募资信誉私募基金与公募基金的重要区别之一就在于:募集方式不同,即不是靠公开媒体广告招揽客户,而靠管理者自身信誉,向特定机构和个人大户招募投资资金。
This year for most people in the financial sector, one of the most talked about topics is the private equity fund. There are many reasons why pro-people list on this topic, and those who oppose it also list many reasons, which are discussed from different aspects. Although private equity funds have been included as an important part of the “Investment Funds Law” that is being drafted, from the current situation in our country, the conditions for the development of private equity funds are not yet mature and should be put on hold. Fund-raising credibility of private equity funds and public funds one of the important difference is that: different ways to raise, that is not relying on public media advertising to attract customers, but by their own credibility, to specific agencies and individual large investment funds.
