Lymph-interstitial gastric cancer is a good prognosis primary gastric cancer with a specific pathological type. MacCarty et al. first described the disease in 1992. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have reported successively. There were 178 cases of advanced gastric cancer in our hospital between 1958 and 1988.
