患儿,女,12岁,因左耳廓长一坚硬角样肿物2年,于1981年4月来我院就诊。 于就诊前2年,无何诱因发现左耳廓上方生一高粮粒大肿物。发痒,不痛,表面无渗出糜烂,触及硬如牛角,逐渐长大。曾于当地医院试切二次,均未彻底切除,其后发现生长较快。 既往和个人史无特殊情况。全身检查无异常。于左耳轮上方见一圆锥形角样肿物,触之硬如骨质,表面呈灰黄色,粗糙、干燥,无脱屑。长径约1.8厘米,上端细,基底略呈椭圆形,最大直径1.0厘。肿物体部用针刺有骨样感,基底与皮肤粘连紧密,周围皮肤稍增厚发红,但无糜烂渗出。耳廓软骨无畸形。外耳
