基于企业知识管理调查,提取了领导力特征三个层面的九个特征变量因子和知识管理过程变量因子,构建了知识管理过程中领导力特征模型,并对其进行相关分析。研究结果表明,领导力特征变量与知识管理过程密切相关,并且在知识管理不同阶段表现为不同的领导力特征。期望有助于企业关注知识管理各阶段的领导力特征表现,通过提升领导力发展策略推动知识管理进程。
Based on the investigation of enterprise knowledge management, nine eigenvalue variables and knowledge management process variable factors at three levels of leadership characteristics are extracted, and the leadership characteristic model in knowledge management process is constructed and analyzed. The results show that the variables of leadership characteristics are closely related to the process of knowledge management and show different leadership characteristics in different stages of knowledge management. Expectations can help enterprises to pay attention to the performance characteristics of leadership in all stages of knowledge management and promote the knowledge management process through the improvement of leadership development strategies.
