目的探讨钛制弹性髓内钉治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折的临床效果。方法应用钛制弹性髓内钉治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折46例。结果 46例均获得随访,平均随访时间14个月(6~24个月)。骨折平均愈合时间12周(10~16周)。患者肘、腕关节活动正常,未发现明显的前臂旋转活动受限。4例钉尾处有皮肤刺激征;2例桡神经浅支损伤,均在术后6周内恢复。结论钛制弹性髓内钉是一种安全、有效的治疗儿童尺桡骨骨折优良方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of titanium elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of ulna and radius fractures in children. Methods 46 patients with ulna and radius fractures were treated with titanium elastic intramedullary nail. Results All 46 patients were followed up for an average of 14 months (range, 6-24 months). The mean fracture healing time was 12 weeks (10-16 weeks). Elbow, wrist activity was normal, no significant forearm rotation was found limited. 4 cases of nail-induced skin irritation; 2 cases of radial nerve injury, were recovered within 6 weeks after surgery. Conclusion Titanium elastic intramedullary nail is a safe and effective method for the treatment of ulna and radius fractures in children.
