中华医学会全国临床免疫学术会议于1983年11月4日至9日在上海召开。参加会议的正式代表169人,列席代表58人,会议共收到论文340篇,现将内科组学术交流情况简介如下。内科组共收到论文140多篇,内容涉及到免疫诊断、免疫病理、免疫遗传、免疫化学、免疫治疗及变态反应等方面。免疫诊断:首都医院对原发性干燥综合征20例检查了抗 SS—A、SS—B 抗体,前者阳性率80%,后者60%,非结缔组织病及正常人皆阴性,认为两种抗体的测定对诊断干燥综合征有参考价值。免疫病理:南京鼓楼医院应用鼻粘膜活检诊断干燥综合征,48例符合诊断标准者79.2%,
Chinese Medical Association National Clinical Immunology Conference held in November 4, 1983 to 9 in Shanghai. 169 formal delegates attended the conference and 58 delegates attended the conference. A total of 340 papers were received at the conference. The briefing on academic exchanges in the medical group is as follows. In the department of internal medicine, more than 140 papers have been received, covering the aspects of immunodiagnosis, immunopathology, immune genetics, immunochemistry, immunotherapy and allergy. Immunodiagnosis: Capital Hospital for the detection of 20 cases of Sjogren’s syndrome anti-SS-A, SS-B antibody, the former positive rate of 80%, the latter 60%, non-connective tissue disease and normal were negative, that two Antibody determination for the diagnosis of Sjogren’s syndrome has a reference value. Immunopathology: Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital nasal mucosa biopsy diagnosis of Sjogren’s syndrome, 48 cases of 79.2% meet the diagnostic criteria,
