随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善,逐步建立公共财政成为今后一个时期财政工作努力的方向,按照政府转换职能和建立公共财政的要求,财政要逐步退出竞争性、经营性领域,重点保证政府公共活动支出,保障社会秩序和国家安全,提高社会公共服务水平,促进经济均衡发展和社会公平财政职能的这一变化,给我们做好企业资产与财务工作提出了新的要求因此,如何认清形势,顺应市场经济发展的要求,在建立公共财政体制框架下,做好企业资产与财政管理工作,是当前必须认真思考的一个问题
