为了更好地确保“国培计划”项目实施效果和质量,我们运用调查问卷法、访谈法等方式从满意度、满意因素、师资力量、培训收获等方面对示范性集中项目的 20名学员进行了调查研究统计。从整体上来说,学员对这次培训计划是高度认可的,多数学员在教学理念、专业成长等方面均有不同程度的提高。但同时也存在一些问题,需要我们去重视。通过对项目满意度的调查和研究,希望为教育行政部门和培训机构提供借鉴和参考。
In order to better ensure the effectiveness and quality of the “NPP” project implementation, we used questionnaires and interview methods to evaluate the effectiveness of the project from the aspects of satisfaction, satisfaction factor, teacher strength and training gain. Students conducted a survey statistics. On the whole, trainees are highly accredited for this training program. Most of the trainees have improved their teaching philosophy and professional growth to varying degrees. But there are also some problems that need us to pay attention to. Through the investigation and research of project satisfaction, I hope to provide reference and reference for educational administrations and training institutions.
