金砖国家的形成和发展顺应了当代国际潮流的趋势,推动着国际体系朝着更加公正合理的方向前进。但是我们也应该看到金砖国家仍具有发展中国家社会经济转型的阶段性特征,合作机制内部面临着结构质量不高和持续能力不足的问题。究其原因,还在于内部结构的异化和分歧,在于合作基础的脆弱性。因此夯实金砖国家合作的政治及社会基础,加强各国间文化交流平台建设,提高金砖国家自上而下的全面合作,对于健全金砖国家合作机制具有举足轻重的作用。
The formation and development of the BRICS conform to the trend of the contemporary international trend and propel the international system towards a more just and reasonable direction. However, we should also see that the BRIC countries still have the phased characteristics of the socio-economic transition in developing countries. The cooperation mechanism is internally faced with the problems of low structural quality and insufficient sustained capacity. The reason lies in the alienation and disagreement of the internal structure and the vulnerability of the cooperation foundation. Therefore, consolidating the political and social foundation of BRIC cooperation, strengthening the platform of cultural exchanges among all countries and enhancing the top-down all-round cooperation between BRICS countries play an important role in improving the BRICS cooperation mechanism.
