随着社会的不断进步和经济的快速发展,水利工程建设项目也发展迅速。为了适应现代水利工程项目管理的特点和要求,再加上越来越多的公益性水利工程项目的开工建设,文章先是介绍了现阶段主要的项目管理模式,然后分析了我国公益性水利工程项目管理的模式和存在的问题,提出了一些对策,最后阐述了项目管理对公益性水利工程建设的意义。
