在现代企业施工过程中,物资管理工作不仅要确保生产任务按时、保质、保量地完成,同时还要尽可能地降低物资消耗,以控制生产成本。因此,企业在生产过程中,要不断改进与创新施工企业物资管理系统,尽可能提升自己的物资管理信息化水平,以促进企业生产效益和经济效益的提升。本文中,笔者就针对施工企业物资管理信息化的现状、意义以及具体建设进行了深入地挖掘和探讨,希望能够为现代施工企业提供一定的借鉴意见。
In the process of modern enterprise construction, materials management should not only ensure that the production tasks are completed on time, with quality and quantity, but also reduce the material consumption as much as possible to control the production cost. Therefore, enterprises in the production process, we must continue to improve and innovate the construction materials management system, as much as possible to enhance their material management information level, in order to promote the production of enterprises and economic benefits. In this article, the author digs and probes into the current situation, significance and concrete construction of information management of construction enterprise material management, hoping to provide some reference for modern construction enterprises.
