近些年,我国水利水电市场发展快速,大中型水库建设也取得了较快的发展,其涉及的范围广泛,是一个复杂的系统工程。其中,施工是决定大中型水库最终质量的重要阶段,如果此阶段施工质量得不到保障,不但影响施工的正常进行,拖延工期,浪费项目建设过程中投入的大量人力、财力、物力等资源,还会给工程留下安全隐患,因此,必须加强对此阶段的质量控制。
