本文探讨了在人口老龄化趋势下,我国老年人口的增多给社会、家庭带来的众多压力中,老年人的卫生护理重任应由社区卫生机构更多的承担。因此建立切实可行社区老年卫生护理模式是十分必要的。本文以沈阳市的社区卫生机构为研究对象,针对社区老年卫生护理服务的现状和不足之处为切入点,通过抽样调查对皇姑区的60岁以上的老年人进行卫生护理需求问卷调查,以调查结果为立足点。最后提出了建立沈阳市社区老年卫生护理模式的五点建议。
This article explores the trend of population aging, the increase of the elderly population in our country to the community, many pressures on the family, the elderly health care responsibilities should be more assumed by the community health agencies. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish a feasible community health care model for the elderly. In this paper, the community health institutions in Shenyang as the research object, aimed at the current situation and deficiencies of community health care services as the starting point, by sampling survey of Huanggu District, over the age of 60 health care needs of the elderly questionnaire survey The result is a foothold. Finally, it puts forward five suggestions to establish the community health care model in Shenyang.
