吸烟对身体、心理及社会危害较为严重。农村初中学生正处于生长发育的关键阶段,了解他们有关吸烟的知识、态度和行为,研究其吸烟倾向与吸烟行为的影响因素,能为预防和控制农村初中学生吸烟制定策略提供依据。我们于1996年9月对开远市2所农村普通中学的初中学生进行了调查,现将结果报告如下:1 材料与方法1.1 调查对象及内容 选择开远十一中、开远三中初中学生共20个教学班831名学生。农村初中学生对吸烟行为的态度和本人吸烟行为35题。1.2 调查方法 使用统一调查表,采取自填式无记名问卷调查法,问卷由学生在调查现场填写后交卷。“吸烟者”定义为尝试吸烟后仍继续吸烟者。1.3 质量控制 调查员由市健康教育所专业人员承担,并经过培训。调查时为解除学生顾虑,请班主任和学校管理人员回避,调查员只负责解释调查目的,解答对问卷中问题理解方面的疑惑,不作任何有关答案方面的提示,不允许讨论。
Smoking is more serious for physical, psychological and social harm. Junior middle school students in rural areas are at a crucial stage of growth and development. Understanding their knowledge, attitudes and behaviors about smoking, and studying their smoking tendency and influencing factors of smoking behavior can provide a basis for the prevention and control of rural junior middle school students in developing strategies for smoking. In September 1996, we conducted surveys of junior high school students in 2 rural secondary schools in Kaiyuan City. The results are reported as follows: 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Survey objects and content selection Kaiyuan eleven middle school and Kaiyuan three middle school junior high school students A total of 831 students in 20 classes. Rural Junior High School Students’ Attitudes to Smoking Behavior and 35 Smoking Behaviors. 1.2 Survey Methods Using a unified questionnaire, a self-addressed anonymous survey questionnaire was used. The questionnaires were filled in by the students after they were filled out at the survey site. “Smoker” is defined as the person who continues to smoke after trying to smoke. 1.3 Quality Control Investigators are borne by professionals of the City Health Education Institute and trained. In order to relieve students’ concerns during the investigation, the class teacher and school administrators were evasive. The investigator was only responsible for explaining the purpose of the survey and answering questions about the question in the questionnaire. He did not give any hints about the answers and did not allow discussion.
