儿童共同性内斜常与屈光状态异常有直接关系。因此，合理地应用屈光矫正在共同性内斜的分型和治疗中占有非常重要的地位。本文随机抽样，对１９８１年初诊的１４３例共同性内斜的儿童病历进行了分析和追踪，展现了共同性内斜儿童屈光状态与分型的关系及随年龄增长其屈光状态的变化规律，阐述了屈光矫正治疗内斜的原则和注意事项，对共同性内斜的治疗具有一定的借鉴和指导作用。
