分析了钢铁联合企业蒸气系统的构成、现状及存在的主要问题,剖析了蒸气系统的节能潜力;通过热力学分析理论探讨了蒸气系统供汽、用汽的不合理性,采用能级匹配理论重点研究了不同品质蒸气的合理利用问题,提出加强余热蒸气回收利用率、蒸气替代技术和发展热电冷联产等措施来提高蒸气系统的节能。研究结果表明:①蒸气的利用应符合能级匹配、梯级利用原则,以提高其利用效率;②深入分析蒸气系统的供汽、用汽特点,采用适当的节能技术,建立蒸气管理系统,实现蒸气产、供、用一元化管理,有助于提高蒸气的利用价值、减少不必要的蒸气放散。
The composition, current situation and existing problems of the steam system in the iron and steel complex are analyzed. The potential of energy saving in the steam system is analyzed. The irrationality of steam supply and steam supply to the steam system is discussed based on the thermodynamic analysis theory. Employing the theory of level matching, The rational utilization of steam of different quality is put forward. Measures such as strengthening the recovery and utilization of waste heat steam, alternative steam technology and developing thermoelectric cooling and co-generation are put forward to improve the energy saving of steam system. The results show that: (1) The utilization of steam should be in accordance with the principle of level matching and cascade utilization so as to improve its utilization efficiency; (2) To analyze steam supply and steam consumption characteristics of steam system in depth and adopt appropriate energy-saving technologies to establish steam management system to realize steam Production, supply and use of a unified management, help to improve the value of the use of steam to reduce unnecessary vapor diffusion.
