目的评价金喉健喷雾剂混合氢氧化钙糊剂用于慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效.方法选择慢性根尖周炎的患牙196颗,随机分为两组,常规根管预备后,实验组根管内封入金喉健喷雾剂混合氢氧化钙糊剂,对照组根管内封入氢氧化钙糊剂,封药2～4周后评价疗效.结果实验组与对照组相比,实验组有效率91.0%,明显高于对照组81.21%.实验组封药无效率为9.0%,明显低于对照组的19.79%(P<0.05).结论金喉健喷雾剂混合氢氧化钙糊剂能有效控制慢性根尖周炎的炎症状态,是一种较理想的根管消毒剂.
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of jianjianjian spray mixed with calcium hydroxide paste for chronic apical periodontitis.Methods 196 teeth with chronic periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups.After conventional root canal preparation, The group of root canal was filled with golden laryngeal spray mixed calcium hydroxide paste, the control group of root canal sealed with calcium hydroxide paste, sealant 2 to 4 weeks after the evaluation of efficacy.Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group The effective rate was 91.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.21%).
