我厂按专用技术条件生产的18Cr2Ni4WA钢160毫米方坯。技术条件要求检查调质处理后的纵向断口,层状断口不应超过3级。但该评级图可能是110毫米的圆钢或更小的截面尺寸拍摄的,因而在实际生产上不易对照评级。该条件还规定,当评定有困难时可测定横向性能,如满足下列指标就认为合格。

Technical conditions require inspection quenched and tempered longitudinal fracture, layered fracture should not exceed 3. However, the chart may be shot at 110 mm round bar or smaller cross-sectional dimensions, making it difficult to rate controls in actual production.
