企业产权制度改革是社会主义市场经济发展的产物,是由计划经济体制下的传统企业制度向建立现代企业制度过渡的一项重大变革。一年多来,我们湖北省公安县信用社紧紧抓住企业产权制度改革的契机,加强和完善与新的企业经济组织相适应的贷款配套管理办法,盘活存量贷款,提高信用社贷款质量,搞活信用社经营,收到明显效果,有力地支持了我县企业产权制度改革的健康发展。
The reform of enterprise property right system is a product of the development of socialist market economy and a major change in the transition from the traditional enterprise system under the planned economy to the establishment of a modern enterprise system. In the past year or so, our credit cooperatives in Gong’an County, Hubei Province, have grasped the opportunity of the reform of the property right system of enterprises, strengthened and improved the loan management measures that fit with the new enterprise economic organization, revitalized the existing loans and improved the loan quality of the credit cooperatives. Enliven the credit cooperatives business, received significant results, effectively supported the healthy development of the reform of property rights in our county enterprises.
