目的 :调查目前养老照护人员的现状,提出改进措施,以提高养老照护服务质量。方法 :采用自设问卷,在福建省74家投入运营的公办养老机构中便利抽取203名照护人员进行调查。结果 :在职业态度中,护士与护理员在“我很热爱这份工作”“老年护理工作非常有前景”“我很满意目前的状态”等条目差异有统计学意义;对于目前养老照护人员的工作内容,护士与护理员在沟通交流、常规护理、健康教育、临终照护方面存在统计学差异,而生活照料、(老年)专科护理、安全管理、按摩与抚触方面无统计学差异;养老机构的护士及护理员之间在培训次数、培训方式、培训内容、培训效果等方面均存在较大差异。结论 :政府部门应加大对公办养老机构的扶持力度,健全养老机构照护人员的培训体系,提高养老照护人员的待遇,提高他们的职业认同感,同时加大培训及质量监管力度。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the current status of nursing staff and propose measures for improvement so as to improve the service quality of nursing care. Methods: Self-directed questionnaires were used to facilitate the survey of 203 caregivers in 74 pension institutions in operation in Fujian Province. Results: Among occupational attitudes, nurses and caregivers had statistically significant differences in terms such as “I love this job”, “Very promising elderly nursing work”, “I am very satisfied with the current status” For the current nursing care workers’ work content, nurses and caregivers have statistical differences in communication, routine care, health education and end-of-life care while life care, senior care, safety management, massage and touching Statistical differences; nurses and nursing staff in pension institutions in the number of training, training methods, training content, training effects and other aspects are quite different. Conclusion: Government departments should step up efforts to support public pension institutions, improve the training system for nursing staff in pension institutions, improve the treatment of pensioners and enhance their professional identity, and increase training and quality supervision.
