工程造价管理是对工程建设全过程的造价管理,随着工程建设的复杂性越来越高,工程造价管理手段也需要不断完善。建筑信息模型技术(BIM)用于工程造价管理改变了传统工程造价管理模式,为工程造价管理提供了诸多便利。本文对BIM技术用于工程决策、设计、招投标、施工及竣工环节的造价管理进行分析。
Project cost management is the cost management of the whole process of project construction. As the complexity of project construction becomes higher and higher, the project cost management methods also need to be continuously improved. Building Information Modeling Technology (BIM) for project cost management has changed the traditional project cost management mode, which provides many facilities for project cost management. This article analyzes the cost management of engineering decision-making, design, bidding and bidding, construction and completion of BIM technology.
