伟大领袖和导师毛主席教导我们,要大力发展养猪事业,要大搞饲料生产。聚合草是最近几年来从国外引进的饲料作物中表现较好的一种高产优质饲料。它具有产量高、营养价值好、利用时间长、管理方便等许多优点。我们经一九七六年初步试种观察,看来是一种有发展前途的饲料作物。现将我所第一年试种情况小结如下:

Polymeric grass is a kind of high-yield and high-quality feed that performs well in feed crops imported from abroad in recent years. It has many advantages, such as high output, good nutrition value, long use time and convenient management. Our initial pilot planting in 1976 appears to be a promising feed crop.
