患者男性30岁,主因鼻塞,流涕、咽痛、发热1天。于1995年3月20日就诊。既往对个别批号青霉素过敏。临床印象急性上感,给予感冒通2片,口服,日3次。次日该病人突发喘憋,呼吸困难,痛苦病容,口唇发绀,呼吸急促,神清。全身皮肤,可见散在荨麻疹。两肺呼吸音粗,可闻及湿性罗音。第一心音亢进,心率110次/分,律整。腹平软,肝脾未触及。诊断:药物过敏反应。经吸氧,苯海拉明40mg,肌注;5％葡萄糖500ml,先锋必素2.0g静脉点滴;氟美松10mg入
