一台ZL30F型轮式装载机装用SJYB315-4AL型液力变矩器,经常出现行走及工作无力、变矩器异响、油底壳发现铝末、变矩器油温高等现象。拆检变矩器发现:弹性板撕裂、罩轮端轴承损坏、一二级涡轮磨损、螺栓和轴断裂等现象。轴承损坏又导致变矩器涡轮等零件有不同程度的损坏;由于花键连接的传动轴与连接法兰盘之间存有间隙,造成传动不平稳,以致轴承损坏、弹性板被撕裂、涡轮
