据报导,日本松下公司已研制成世界上第一个VHF~UHF宽带放大用的GaAs线性集成电路。这种电路作电视的调谐器,可成为一种精致、轻量的调谐器,调谐过程也简单,同时还具有一些其它的优点。这种新的GaAs线性电路的特点,在于它是一个单独芯片的单片结构,该结构具有FET和作为反馈电路元件的电阻和电容。这种FET的制作采用了3SK97的设计技术和工艺。新的FET解决了在UHF~VHF范围内要求宽带和低噪声等方面的一些困难,而这些困难用一般的FET是解决不了的。
It is reported that Japan’s Matsushita has developed the world’s first VHF ~ UHF wideband amplification GaAs linear integrated circuits. This circuit serves as a television tuner and can be an exquisite, lightweight tuner, tuned easily and with some other benefits. The new GaAs linear circuit is characterized by a single chip monolithic structure with FETs and resistors and capacitors as feedback circuit components. The production of this FET uses 3SK97 design techniques and processes. The new FET solves some of the difficulties in terms of wideband and low noise requirements in the UHF to VHF range that can not be overcome with typical FETs.
