目的 :探讨治疗树枝状角膜炎的有效方法。方法 :本文于 1992年 10月～ 1998年 10月采用碘酊烧灼加聚肌胞结膜下注射治疗树枝状角膜炎 86例。结果 :86例树枝状角膜炎经治疗 ,显效 6 9例 (80 2 % )、有效 17例 (19 8% ) ,总有效率 10 0 % ,随访时间 3个月至 2年。结论 :表明碘酊烧灼加聚肌胞结膜下注射治疗树枝状角膜炎具有疗效明显、疗程短、复发率低等特点 ,适合临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore effective methods of treating dendritic keratitis. Methods: This article from October 1992 to October 1998 iodine tincture cautery plus polygon subconjunctival injection of dendritic keratitis in 86 cases. Results: 86 cases of dendritic keratitis were treated, effective in 69 cases (80 2%), effective in 17 cases (19 8%), the total effective rate was 100%, followed up for 3 months to 2 years. CONCLUSION: It is indicated that iodinated tincture cauterization and subconjunctival injection of polychaetes can treat dendritic keratitis with obvious curative effect, short course of treatment and low recurrence rate, which is suitable for clinical popularization and application.
