Methods 60 patients with endometrial cancer in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The patients in the control group received routine nursing, and the patients in the experimental group were given psychological intervention based on the King standard theory on the basis of the control group. The psychological resilience of the two groups before and 3 months after the intervention was compared. Results After the intervention, the scores of Connor- Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the scores of selfreliance, fatalism, avoidance and palliative in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of emotional catharsis, optimism, facing and seeking support were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); after the intervention, the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) score and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); after the intervention, the scores of intimacy, positive attitude and positive action in the test group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); after the intervention, the scores of 8 domains in the MOS 36-item short form health survey (SF-36) in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological intervention based on King standard theory can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression symptoms of endometrial cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, improve their psychological resilience, help them cope with the disease in a positive way, enhance their hope level, and improve their quality of life.
