主席、各位代表:我完全同意李富春副总理关于1960年国民经济计划草案的报告,李先念副总理关于1959年国家决算和1960年国家预算草案的报告。现在,我谨就医药卫生战线上自上次代表大会以来的一些主要情况汇报一下。
PRESIDENT, PRESIDENT: I fully agree with Vice Premier Li Fuchun’s report on the draft National Economic Plan of 1960 and Vice Premier Li Xiannian’s report on the 1959 State Accounts and the 1960 State Budget Draft. Now, I would like to report on some major developments in the medical and health front since the last congress.
