为了提高聚合物膜的质子传导性能、阻醇性能、化学稳定性及热稳定性,以C_(60)为原料,与Na0H和H_2O_2反应制得富勒烯醇1,富勒烯醇再与发烟硫酸反应制得硫酸氢酯化的富勒烯醇2。用FT-IR(傅立叶变换红外光谱)、MS(质谱)和元素分析等测试方法对产物结构进行了表征。产物2的最佳合成工艺条件为:反应物富勒烯醇与20%发烟硫酸的物质的量比为1:11,反应温度为25℃,反应时间为72h。此时产物2产率可达到52.2%(以消耗的C_(60)计)。
In order to improve the proton conductivity, the alcohol resistance, the chemical stability and the thermal stability of the polymer membranes, fullerenes 1 and fullerenes 1 were reacted with Na0H and H_2O_2 with C_ (60) Oleic acid esterification of fullerenes with nicotinic acid 2. The structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy), MS (mass spectrometry) and elemental analysis. The optimal synthesis conditions of product 2 were as follows: the molar ratio of fullerenes to 20% oleum was 1:11, the reaction temperature was 25 ℃ and the reaction time was 72h. At this point, the yield of product 2 can reach 52.2% (based on C_ (60) consumed).
