I hereby express my heartfelt thanks to all the distinguished guests who have come here to represent our employees. The Italian company Shi Li is a famous mushroom merchant with a history of more than 50 years. During a long period of time, the company’s mushrooms are in operation all over the world. Shili has been buying mushrooms in South Africa, Morocco, South America and China and also in Eastern Europe, Bulgaria, Romania, and Yugoslavia. Therefore, Shili’s experience in purchasing mushrooms has reached a very high international level. Shili Company has so many customers and is envied by all competitors. Especially in the mushroom industry as many customers are unmatched. Shili company has a highly automated and modern processing plant in Italy, with superb mushroom processing technology, the factory production capacity for the daily production of 10-15 tons of mushrooms. Shili’s large customers can purchase large quantities of semi-processed mushrooms for other industries. Shili operates a large market for boletus dried mushrooms, dried white mushrooms, and salted products, as well as artichokes and other food products.
