通过对医疗保险专业本科毕业生已具备与应需要的14项主要基本素质和能力评分、排序比较研究认为,医疗保险专业总体上能培养出具有较高基本素质和能力、基本符合需要的本科毕业生;但就具体每项基本素质和能力而言,在评分值和顺位两方面,与社会医疗保险、商业医疗保险领域的实际需要存在一定差别,并针对该差别提出解决的建议。
Through the 14 major basic qualifications and abilities scored by medical insurance majors, the comparative study shows that the medical insurance majors can generally cultivate graduates with high basic qualifications and abilities, which basically meet the needs However, in terms of specific basic qualities and abilities, there are some discrepancies in the score and rankings with the actual needs in the fields of social medical insurance and commercial medical insurance, and proposals for resolving this difference are put forward.
