本文研究采用广义预测控制GPC(Generalized Predictire Control)方法对火电厂锅炉过热汽温进行自动控制。通过仿真试验并同常规的PID型汽温调节系统比较表明,这种新型的控制规律将使汽温调节质量得到较大改善。文中还对GPC算法的鲁棒性进行了仿真研究,尽管被控对象的动态特性在较大范围内变化,但GPC算法使系统仍有良好的动态品质。因此,广义预测控制在锅炉过热汽温调节系统中的应用是很有前途的。
This paper studies the use of Generalized Predictive Control (GPC) method to control the superheated steam temperature of thermal power plant boilers. Through the simulation test and comparison with the conventional PID type steam temperature control system, this new type of control law will greatly improve the quality of steam temperature regulation. The robustness of the GPC algorithm is also simulated in this paper. Although the dynamic characteristics of the controlled object vary in a wide range, the GPC algorithm still gives the system a good dynamic quality. Therefore, the application of generalized predictive control in boiler superheated steam temperature control system is very promising.
