从生产钙镁磷肥的副产品——高磷镍铁中回收镍,以制取镍铁合金,是我们近年来在镍资源综合利用方面所取得的一项成绩。高磷镍铁是用含镍0.2~0.3%的高铁蛇纹石与磷灰石生产钙镁磷肥的副产品。据不完全统计,每生产1万吨钙镁磷肥可获得合镍4~7%、铁65~80%、磷8~15%的高磷镍铁150吨左右。
The recovery of nickel from high-phosphorus ferronickel, a by-product of the production of calcium magnesium phosphate, to produce nickel-iron alloys is an achievement we have made in the comprehensive utilization of nickel resources in recent years. High-phosphorus ferronickel is a by-product of the production of calcium-magnesium phosphate from 0.2 to 0.3% of high-speed serpentine and apatite nickel. According to incomplete statistics, about 150 tons of high-phosphorus ferronickel can be obtained from 4 to 7% of nickel, 65 to 80% of iron and 8 to 15% of phosphorus for every 10,000 tons of calcium magnesium phosphate produced.
