目前许多城市,以市中心商圈和重大活动场馆所在地为中心的地区呈现出了建筑物密集,人员流动大,城市空间布局复杂化的特征。这对城市日常安保、消防、重大事件处理等工作造成了一定的困难。以GPS为基础的传统安全保障系统已经明显满足不了一线城市热点区域和未来大中城市发展的需要。为此,本案在基于北斗导航卫星系统之外还欲结合计算机智能学习,从而使安保系统兼备多种功能和后期再扩展能力。本案还提出现实建设原则—分区建设、分类运行、联合监控、自主强化。具有广泛的应用前景和商业价值。
