采用大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型观察了茶多酚对大鼠脑组织磷脂酶A2(PLA2) 和Na+K+ATP 活性的影响,结果表明茶多酚可降低PLA2 活性,提高Na+K+ATP 酶活性,提示茶多酚可通过抑制PLA2 活性,提高Na +K+ATP 酶活性而实现其保护细胞膜的效应
The effect of tea polyphenols on phospholipase A2 (PLA2) and Na + K + ATP activity in rat brain was observed by using rat model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. The results showed that tea polyphenols could reduce PLA2 activity and increase Na + K + ATPase activity, suggesting that tea polyphenols can inhibit PLA2 activity and increase the activity of Na K ATP enzyme to achieve its protective effect of the cell membrane
