群众文化属于人民满足自身精神生活需求以及实现自我完善的关键性手段,而且其在社会终身教育过程中的审美领域具有相对较强的塑人功能。但是,随着社会经济的快速发展,部分腐朽文化也逐渐趁虚而入,这些负能量的存在将会对我国基层群众文化建设带来严重威胁。因此,新形势下加强基层群众文化建设,准确把握好现代化社会的发展脉搏,推动满足人民精神文化需求的群众文化建设将会对全民素质提升以及社会大繁荣产生重要意义。本文就新形势下的基层群众文化建设展开详细论述。
Mass culture belongs to the key means by which the people meet the needs of their spiritual life and realize self-improvement, and has relatively strong plasticizing function in the aesthetic field in the process of social lifelong education. However, with the rapid socio-economic development, some decadent cultures have gradually come into use. The existence of such negative energy poses a serious threat to the cultural construction of grassroots people in our country. Therefore, under the new situation, it is of great significance for enhancing the quality of grass-roots mass culture, accurately grasping the pulse of development in a modern society and promoting mass cultural construction that meets the needs of the people’s spiritual culture for the improvement of the overall quality of the people and the prosperity of society. This article discusses in detail the construction of grass-roots mass culture in the new situation.
