本文将日本及亚洲“四小龙”等东亚国家和地区的经验与我国的具体情况相结合 ,论述了未来一段时间内保持较高投资率的必要性 ,提出企业利润应成为投资的主要来源 ,讨论了政府在促进有效投资中的作用 ,并由此提出对我国投资体制改革的两点建议。
