目的:探讨1例联合肝脏离断和门静脉切断二步肝切除术(ALPPS)在肝炎后肝癌患者围手术期的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析2017年8月解放军第302医院收治的1例乙型病毒肝炎(HBV)相关性肝癌患者行ALPPS的围手术期护理。结果:患者二期手术术后出现短暂胆瘘,经治疗胆瘘已愈合并痊愈出院。结论:加强ALPPS患者的围手术期护理,帮助获得根治性治疗的肝癌患者达到预期效果。
Objective: To explore the method of perioperative nursing for one case of hepatocellular carcinoma after hepatectomy and one-port hepatectomy with two-step hepatectomy (ALPPS). Methods: A retrospective analysis of perioperative nursing for ALPPS in one patient with hepatocellular carcinoma associated with hepatitis B virus admitted to the 302 Hospital of PLA in August, 2017 was performed. Results: The patients had transient biliary fistula after the second operation, the treated biliary fistula had healed and was discharged. Conclusion: To improve the perioperative nursing care of patients with ALPPS and to achieve the desired effect of radical treatment of liver cancer patients.
