目的:分析我院门诊药房药品咨询实践、意义及思考,做好临床药学服务工作。方法:分析我院近年来药品咨询服务实践,结合用药咨询记录资料,对咨询内容进行分析思考。结果:药师在解答患者用药方面各种问题时,增进了医患沟通,有利于预防和减少医患纠纷的发生,同时提升了门诊药房的管理水平和药师的社会形象。结论:作为医院药学的重要组成部分,门诊药房用药咨询是药学服务的突破口之一,对促进门诊患者临床合理用药具有重要作用。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the practice, significance and thinking of drug counseling in outpatient pharmacy in our hospital and do a good job in clinical pharmacy service. Methods: Analysis of our hospital in recent years, the practice of consulting services, combined with medication counseling records, consulting content analysis and reflection. Results: Pharmacists improved the communication between doctors and patients when answering various questions about patients’ medication, which helped to prevent and reduce the occurrence of disputes between doctors and patients, and improved the management level of outpatient pharmacies and the social image of pharmacists. Conclusion: As an important part of hospital pharmacy, outpatient pharmacy consultation is one of the breakthroughs in pharmacy services, and plays an important role in promoting the rational clinical use of outpatients.
