随着幼教师资培养数量的不断增加,幼师毕业生分配已趋饱和状态。但是,当前大部分幼儿园的保育员队伍素质偏低。针对这种情况,为贯彻“保教并重”的原则,我园自1998年9月开始实施“一主两副”制度,即在幼儿园一个班中配备三位教师,不配保育员。其中一位教师担任班主任(主),其他两位教师配班(副)。三位教师共同承担本班的教育和保育工作。也就是说,三位教师既是教师又是保育员,全面负责幼儿的一日生活和学习。在人员安排上,我们的原则是每班配备一位有三年以上教龄的有良好管理素质和教育能力的教师担任班主任,
With the increasing number of kindergarten teachers, the distribution of kindergarten graduates has become saturated. However, most kindergarten nursery school members currently have low quality. In response to this situation, in order to carry out the principle of “equal emphasis on patriarchal education,” I park started implementing the “one principal, two deputy” system since September 1998, that is, three teachers are employed in one class in kindergarten and do not deserve childcare workers.
