一、引言 一种新的工程设计是否成功主要决定于设计师对噪声环境的认识和设计抗噪声结构的能力。设计师也必须能模拟噪声环境并提出一系列试验以便在采用最终设计方案之前测试结构。在模拟条件下的这些试验对于设计是否成功变成非常重要了。高声强设备可以模拟下述噪声环境:(1)在气冷核反应堆中循环器产生的强噪声,它可以是宽带噪声或离散频率噪声或宽带中含有离散频率的噪声,总声压级在行波管内达170dB在混响室内为165dB;(2)在发射人造卫星时助推器产生的噪声,总声压级达165dB,(3)飞机飞行时或导弹飞行过程中的附面层压力起伏或湍流,总声压级达165dB。
I. INTRODUCTION The success of a new engineering design mainly depends on the designer’s understanding of the noise environment and the ability to design anti-noise structures.
