所谓气管内心搏动图(ITCG)就是在麻醉中使用肌松剂在无自主呼吸的情况下,心脏的跳动通过气道内固定腔室的气体容积变化所描绘出的曲线。测定方法:ITCG—P是伴随心跳的压力变化,一般在2mmH_2O。随着心瓣膜运动所产生的与心音图第Ⅰ音、第Ⅱ音相对应的棘波同时记录下来也是很有意义的。ITCG—F是由于心跳所引起的气道内气流速度发生的波动性变化,用呼吸气流计来测定。分析ITCG评价心功能:心脏收缩时间间期(STI)是测定心泵机能的,是左室收缩力的指标。本文指出,以前对STI的测定需同时测定心电图、心音图和颈动脉压力波。即电机械收缩(EMS)时间减去LVET(左室射血时间)为PEP(射血
The so-called endotracheal beat chart (ITCG) is the curve plotted by the change in gas volume of a heartbeat through the fixed internal chamber of the airway during anesthesia with muscle relaxant without spontaneous breathing. Determination: ITCG-P is accompanied by changes in heartbeat pressure, usually 2mmH_2O.
