在PH10.2~10.8的氨性介质中,有溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)和乳化剂OP共同存在下,铍与4.5—二溴苯基萤光酮(DBPF)形成稳定的紫红色配合物,其最大吸收波长在502nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.11×10~4升·摩尔~(-1)·厘米~(-1),配合物组成为Be∶DBPF=1∶2。铍在0~7μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。有掩蔽剂EDTA存在时,许多金属离子允许一定量存在,不干扰铍的测定。用本法测定铍青铜中的铍,或碳酸钙和氯化钡中微量铍、可获满意结果。
Beryllium was stable with 4.5-dibromophenylfluorone (DBPF) in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) and emulsifier OP in an ammoniacal medium of pH 10.2 to 10.8 The complex has a maximum absorption wavelength at 502 nm and an apparent molar absorptivity of 2.11 × 10 4 L · mol -1 cm -1. The composition of the complex is Be: DBPF = 1: 2. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 7μg / 25ml. In the presence of masking agent EDTA, many metal ions allow a certain amount to be present, without interfering with the determination of beryllium. By this method for the determination of beryllium beryllium bronze, or trace amounts of beryllium in calcium chloride and barium chloride, satisfactory results can be obtained.
