我厂精密铸造车间承担着凿岩机械与气动工具类产品100多种精铸件的生产任务。为提高精铸件的质量,首先就要提高蜡型质量,因为蜡型质量是精铸件质量的基础。二年来我们采取了以下三方面措施,使蜡型工序的废品率由原来的20~30%稳定在5%以下。 1.修定调蜡工艺我厂使用的是石蜡-硬脂酸低温模料。蜡膏的质量(温度、干稀程度及均匀性)严重地影响着蜡型质量,而蜡液温度的高低、蜡液与蜡粉的配比及搅拌方法等是影响蜡膏质量的重要因素。我厂原调蜡工艺蜡液温度70~80℃;蜡液与蜡粉配比适量;搅拌时间约15分钟;静止
Our precision casting shop is responsible for the production of over 100 castings for rock drilling machinery and pneumatic tools.
