华能珞璜电厂地处重庆市江津珞璜镇,装机容量4台36万千瓦,发电机组系引进法国的燃煤汽轮发电机组。燃煤为重庆松藻煤矿的劣质无烟煤,燃料中的含硫量为3.5~5%,这种高硫煤燃烧产生的烟气中二氧化硫的浓度较高,如直接排放至大气则将对当地的工农业生产以及人民生活带来重大影响。在1987~1991年一期工程项目建设期间,华能国际电力开发公司就从日本三菱重工引进并建成两套石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫装置与发电机组配套,作为一项大型环境治理工程,与电厂主体工程一起实现了同时设计、同时建设、同时投入商业运行,实现了我国大型燃煤发电机组脱硫设施“零”的突破。二期工程建设中又与外方合作建设了两套石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫装置与两台发电机组配套。目前,该厂的脱硫成本已接近0.03元/千瓦时。珞璜电厂烟气脱硫示范项目引起了政府和电力行业的普遍关注。本刊特约该厂燃料脱硫部主任、高级工程师顾咸志撰写此文,以飨读者。
Huaneng Luohuang Power Plant is located in Luohuang, Jiangjin, Chongqing, with an installed capacity of 360,000 kilowatts.
