植物的蒸腾作用主要是通过叶片来进行的。气孔是植物蒸腾作用的门户,即水分通过气孔加以散失;而植物吸收的水分,则大部分通过蒸腾作用散失到环境当中。针对教材蒸腾作用经典实验的缺陷,可选择含笑作为实验材料,设计两则蒸腾作用实验,这样就能把蒸腾作用的3个方面完整地体现出来,有助于学生观察实验现象和学习相关知识。
The transpiration of plants is mainly through the leaves. Stomatal is the gateway to plant transpiration, that is, moisture is dissipated through the stomata; and most of the moisture absorbed by plants is lost to the environment through transpiration. Aiming at the shortcomings of classic experiment on transpiration of textbook, we can select smile as experimental material and design two experiments of transpiration, so that the three aspects of transpiration can be completely reflected, which helps students to observe experimental phenomena and learn relevant knowledge.
